Ingredients:
1/2 head of cleaned chopped romaine lettuce
1 medium sized ripe juice tomato diced up as big or as small as you like.
( I remove the seeds but you don't have to)
4 thin slices of red onion cut in half
1 baked , sauteed, grilled or even fried chicken breast {No Skin} about 6-8 oz Diced up 1/2 inch small or you could do strips. You know how you like it!
10 slices of good quality pepperoni Chopped up small
{I heat the pepperoni up in the microwave wrapped in paper towel 20seconds, so that it gets crispy when it is chopped up and starts to cool on the salad}
3 tbs Aged Romano- Parmesan mix, or just Parmesan
Do it:
Put the lettuce down first,
add the chopped tomato,
the red onion strips
then the chicken
next the cheese
Last the diced pepperoni.
Eat it !
