Sweet T gives the option to choose your preferred delivery method for your order. Orders are made and sent out to your delivery service of choice 24-48 hours after being ordered unless ordered on the weekend or before a major Holiday. Then they are sent out the following business day. Every order will have a tracking number included and sent via PayPal email after your cake is sent out for delivery. Patrons are responsible for tracing their orders and speaking to USPS or FedEx customer service Directly for any delays or issues with delivery time or packages. Keep in mind that both delivery companies are having issues will delays currently!!

Sweet T has a variety of cake sizes for your large event, small gathering or just for you. Choose the cake size you need for the amount of people you want served.
Sizes: 1 dozen cupcakes, 6inch 8+, 8 inch 20+, 10 inch 25+, 12 inch 30+ and 17x14 inches 40+ servings. There is a cake cutting chart on the site to help guide you to get the most portions out of your cake as possible.

Most people prefer the smooth velvety cake, while others crave biting into a whole rum filled raisin and juicy cherries surrounded by smooth black cake. Either choice is a delicious one!

Sweet T has always offered a free pastry bag of her amazing signature icings. Choose your favorite icing flavor to compliment your flavorful black cake and rum cakes. Or you can choose the "NO ICING!" option if you would like to enjoy your moist cake as it is.
Simple white: Thick white icing with a faint hint of vanilla. Very similar to the texture of Royal Icing (without the raw egg white). This is for those that like to taste the flavors of the cake with a little added sweetness on top.
Peppermint: This is a unique flavor combination of White icing and real Peppermint flavor. When added to your cake the peppermint cools the heat from the strong Jamaican Rum. Peppermint adds a wonderful feel on your palate and reminds you of the holidays all the more.

Sweet T knows that if you would like to taste the rum in your cake 2 weeks after it is ordered then the rum needs to be added when the cake is first made. Some bakers will tell you to add your own rum if you want the cake you ordered from them to taste like rum cake. Why would you pay for a black cake and have to add your own rum as well. Brown: This cake will have an even brown color with no added caramel or burnt sugar.
Black: Sweet T loves a very dark, rich, colored cake. So you can choose to have your cake with sweet T's signature Dark Brown color. The color comes from Burnt caramel. This black syrup is used to color soups, stews and rum cake. When you add more then you will get a deep change in the color of the cake.

Sixth: Choose The Cake Texture
Sweet T offers a Firm or Soft Like Pudding textured black cake.
Choose the texture that is most enjoyable to your taste.
Firm is not as soft toward the center of the cake but still very moist.
Soft as pudding is as described, softer especially towards the center of the cake. This texture melts away on your palate.
You can have your rum cake with lots of whole cherries and raisins as well just choose chunky texture for alot more fruit.
