- 4.5 cups bread flour
- 1 tbls brown sugar
- 2.5 tsp salt
- 1 pack quick rise yeast
- 1.5 tbls olive oil
- 9 oz very warm water about 105-110 degrees
- Large mixing bowl, A fork, plastic wrap and a towel to cover the bowl.
After 4-5 minutes of kneading the dough should look like this.
This is how the dough should look after a full 8-9 minutes of kneading. It should be considerably smoother than before.
