One box yellow cake mix plus one egg
Preheat oven to 350, Line cupcake pan with paper cups
Prepare the cake mix as directed adding one extra egg, the vanilla and the nutmeg.

Fill the cups 2/3 of the way and bake 14-17 (small cupcakes) 20-24min (large cupcakes) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost completely clean. While warm, you can drizzle on a little more rum to each cup cake if you really want to give it that extra oomph.
